This cute black off-the-shoulder playsuit or romper is a Summer Breeze Designs exclusive and is handmade in Indonesia from cool, soft and comfortable 100% rayon fabric.  It features an elasticised neckline, short, ruffled sleeves, flared shorts and an elasticised waist with little ties.  It is a free size but would suit AU size medium.
