Ingredients

  • Lavender inhalation may be an effective and safe treatment for acute migraine headaches.
  • Peppermint when applied topically has been shown to help treat pain & inflammation.
  • A cool compress along with Lavender & Peppermint are traditionally used in herbal medicine to help reduce pain & inflammation with mild headaches.

Directions

Open pouch and remove patch. Peel off protective film and apply gel side to forehead. Lay down in a comfortable position in a dark or dimly lit room. Close your eyes and breathe deeply and slowly for 10 breath cycles.

Rest with patch on forehead for 30 minutes. Discard after use. Re-apply a new patch no more than 3 times daily.

You should feel a cool soothing sensation when patch is applied. Wash hands after use.
