blend and are recommended for children 2 years and over. The handy roller applicator makes it fun and
easy for applying the oil and as your child grows, they will want to do it
themselves. My nine-year-old still uses
his ‘sleepy’ oil each night and brings me the bottle for a refill when he’s out!

purchasing children’s oil blends as there are numerous essential oils that
should be completely avoided in young children.
I use only proven, child-safe oils in a 1% dilution. Never apply
undiluted essential oils directly to your skin.
